Steps to Securing Services for your Child

Step 1

Contact us by visiting the Inquiry/Intake Tab at the top of the navigation bar.  Fill out the required form via a secure dropbox link.

Step 2

We contact your insurance company to verify benefits and pre-authorize a treatment assessment.

Step 3

Schedule the initial assessment with the BCBA and discuss concerns.

Step 4

We formulate your child's individualized treatment plan and submit it to you for review and then to insurance for approval.
